Location, Hours and Admission

Garden admission is FREE! This garden is completely donor operated. Donations are greatly appreciatedDonate here.

  1. The Garden is open 365 days per year from 7:00 AM to midnight, including all holidays. The only time the Garden is closed is in the event of inclement weather.
  2. The office is open 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday – Friday. We are closed on all federal holidays.
  3. The Gift Shop is open 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days per week. Call 830-285-7329 for exact hours as there may be seasonal hour changes.

Yes, the Garden is wheelchair accessible. There is a wheelchair accessible drop-off area at the main walking path.  The main walking path is completely concrete paved.  The side paths are constructed of crushed granite.
There is an ADA approved wheelchair accessible restroom stall available.

There is a dedicated parking lot for Handicap parking, as well.  As with all handicap parking spaces, it is first come, first serve.

If you would like to see and experience all of the 24.5 acre garden, please allow about 30 minutes to see the first five sculptures at the front entrance, which is named “THE JORDAN RIVER CROSSING.”

Then, allow at least 15 minutes to see the massive new “LION OF JUDAH” bronze sculpture, as you reach the top of the hill.

Finally, allow at least an hour to see the seven sculptures on top of the hill all given by all three donor artist families. You will also want to allow time to experience the magnificent, 77’7” Cor-ten steel sculpture, “THE EMPTY CROSS” with is at the end of the 300’ cross-shaped garden.

As you are about to leave the garden property, you may want to stop at the new, DONOR ARTISTS GALLERY & GIFT SHOP, located in the “Outer Court” at the bottom of the hill. This unique store features the small and large artwork of the three donor artists: Beverly Paddleford, David Broussard and Max Greiner, Jr.

So, we recommend that you spend at least two to three hours at God’s garden! Many visitors stay much longer to meditate, pray and worship God. One man from Arizona spotted the cross from the highway and stayed 42 days, because the presence of God was so strong!

We are open 7am – 12am (midnight) 365 days a year – Always admission is FREE!

As of late November 2022, the nearest public restrooms are at the nearby gas stations.

Our great restrooms, which had multiple heated and air-conditioned toilets with running water had to be closed due to large volume of visitors and the constant vandalism by people who hate Jesus.  The enemies of God have been intentionally stopping up the restrooms by throwing all kinds of things in the toilets.

Therefore, TCKF Trustees voted to close the portable trailer and use portable toilets again, until God provides a permanent restroom building at the bottom of the garden, near the front entrance. If the LORD leads you to help TCKF build real public restrooms for the hundreds of thousands of guests who are now coming to the free spiritual park each year, please get in touch.

No, the Garden is open to the public.

  2. MARKERS: Please bring your own markers to write on prayer rocks that are in the designated prayer rock stone bins. We ask that you do not leave them here to help us minimize the writing on our prayer benches or graffiti on our sculptures.
  3. You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch. We ask that you please put your trash in a trash bin located around the Garden.
  4. The Garden is well lit at night. We have street lights that come on at dusk.
